The project focused on developing a comprehensive e-commerce ecosystem for Keller Sports, with their website at its core. This involved creating a feature-rich online shop, a robust mobile application (Keller sMiles App), and seamless integration with essential backend systems like ERP, CRM, and BI. The goal was to enhance the user experience, improve operational efficiency, and provide Keller Sports with a scalable and flexible platform for future growth. The project encompassed various aspects of e-commerce, including product management, order processing, customer relationship management, and data analytics.
Objectives & Challenges
Keller Sports sought to modernize their legacy e-commerce system to better serve their customers and support their business growth. This required enhancing their digital capabilities and leveraging specialized expertise in software development and IT solutions. A key objective was to improve operational agility with a scalable and flexible solution that could adapt to changing business needs and market demands. Maximizing cost-effectiveness was also crucial, requiring optimized resource allocation without compromising on the quality of the solutions. Expanding their digital footprint was another priority, achieved by developing a mobile application to complement their online shop and provide a seamless omnichannel experience for customers. Approach & Methodology
FlexMade employed a collaborative and agile approach, working in close partnership with Keller Sports throughout the project lifecycle. A dedicated team of 35 skilled professionals, encompassing developers, designers, and engineers, was assembled to ensure the project's success. Account Management System
A secure and GDPR-compliant system for managing user accounts and personal data. It handles user registration, login, profile management, and data privacy, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
Product Management System
This module allows Keller Sports to efficiently manage their product catalog, including prices, stocks, images, titles, and translations. It provides a user-friendly interface built with Vue.js and integrates with the Keller Group authorization server for secure access control.
Order Management System
This module ensures efficient and accurate processing of customer orders, handling order placement, tracking, and fulfillment. It integrates with CRM and BI services to provide a holistic view of customer interactions and order history.
Content Management System
This module enables efficient management of website content, including product information, marketing materials, and blog posts. It allows for easy updates and modifications to ensure the website remains current and engaging.
Refund Management System
This module streamlines the processing of customer refunds, connecting to payment systems and sharing refund information with other Keller Group services. It ensures accurate and timely refunds, enhancing customer satisfaction.
Authentication System
This module ensures secure access to various parts of the Keller Sports ecosystem by implementing the OAuth2 protocol for user authentication and authorization. It provides different levels of permissions for platforms, users, and services, enhancing security and protecting sensitive data.
Keller sMiles App
This innovative mobile application rewards sports activity with attractive benefits and discounts. It connects with various fitness trackers, allowing users to earn points for their activities and redeem them for rewards. This module enhances customer engagement and promotes an active lifestyle.
